On November 5, Azbil Vietnam took part in the JCCI EKIDEN Running 2023. The event was held at Swan Lake Park, Ecopark township with the participation of more than 700 athletes from 144 teams of Japanese companies operating in Vietnam and Vietnamese companies.

JCCI EKIDEN is one of the reputable sport and culture events Azbil Vietnam has the opportunity to participate in. This is a relay race sponsored by the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Vietnam (JCCI). The tournament is also a sport event to celebrate the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan, contributing to introducing and understanding the culture between the two countries.

The race took place with the participation of many Japanese organizations and businesses, from leaders to employees. Besides, there also had the attendance of professional athletes who won SEA games’ gold medals…. It was full of laughter, Vietnamese-Japanese friendship, and connections among members of businesses and organizations.

In this tournament, Azbil Vietnam registered with two teams: AZBIL VN RUN FUN and AZBIL VN EXTRA RUN FUN. With great efforts from the runners, the two teams achieved results above expectations: AZBIL VN RUN FUN team ranked 23rd and AZBIL VN EXTRA RUN FUN team ranked 56th.

Mr. Yusaku Michinobu – Chief Organizer of the JCCI EKIDEN 2023, introduced and started the race.

The race took place successfully. Azbil also achieved certain milestones, shared good images of the company with the organizers and all participating teams.
