Azbil Vietnam’s Control Valves Maintenance PJ in June

In June 2025, Azbil Vietnam successfully implemented a Maintenance project for 40 control valves within 10 days for our Customer. The valves maintenance was conducted in our partnered workshop in Phu My, Ba Ria Vung Tau.

🔍 Key Highlights from the Project

1. Comprehensive Valves Maintenance Procedure

Unlike other services on the market, we can design a suitable plan for your valve maintenance. It might go through valve body to actuator and accessories, but could be customized as your actual application.

2. Detail Inspection

Not only testing after overhaul, we conducted a Pre-Test to judge valve situation.
Tests cover Seat leakage, Pressure, Actuator Leak and Function Tests, which helps customer to evaluate their own facilities’ compatibility to the current process.
Besides, customer can judge the overhaul results easily.

3. Detailed Engineering

Suitable parts replacement is the key for CV services. We focus on each part’s specification, carefully judged and selected for appropriate application. For example, Oil-free packing must be applied with suitable grease.

4. Experienced Engineers

Our engineers were trained by Azbil Corporation (formerly Yamatake) with professional know-hows, equipped with more than 5 continuous working years in various customers’ sites in Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Food & Beverage… gained customers’ trust for effective works and results.
