Azbil Vietnam Seminar in Ho Chi Minh City, September 2025

On September 18th, we successfully hosted the Private Seminar at Sofitel Saigon Plaza. The event brought together nearly 55 attendees from a variety of industries, including Chemical, Industrial Gas, Water, Steel, Automotive, and F&B. We were honored to welcome guest speakers from the Strategic Planning & Development Office for Southeast Asia (ASPO), who delivered engaging presentations on “Azbil New Control Valves CV6000 series and Control Valves Total Solution”. The seminar offered an enriching experience for all participants.

🔥 Product Overview

The 6000 Series Control Valve is a next-generation model that completely renews the globe-type control valve, the core product of Azbil, and consolidates previously dispersed generations and series into a single unified series.

⚡Industry – leading Rated Cv

The 6000 Series achieves a flow-straightening effect by adopting a unique stabilizer structure in the control valve body.  In particular, for single-seat valves, it delivers up to a 29% improvement in rated Cv value compared to competing products.

⚡Standardized high Rangeability

Rangeability 100:1 now become our standard.

⚡New Actuator – Downsized Actuator

The 6000 Series has achieved high shut-off performance by increasing the supply air pressure of the reverse actuator and improving the initial tightening value of the spring.

⚡Improved Sealing and Shutoff Performance

The 6000 Series, for both single-seated control valves and cage type control valves, has achieved IEC seat leakage Class IV and V.

In particular, the pressure-balanced cage type control valve can now comply with IEC Class V thanks to its patented elastic seat structure with slits in the seat part of the plug.
