Energy Saving of Steam in Sterilization/pasteurization process

In F&B factories, there are several measures to guarantee Food Safety:

1. Sterilization / Pasteurization

Optimum Sterilization / Pasteurization by monitoring

2. Check the holding time of temperature and the flow rate

Check and record F-value.

Steam flow could be measured for comparing steam usage to check the waste of energy.
