Preventing contamination in F&B factories

In F&B factories, there are 2 measures to guarantee Food Safety:

1. Sterilization / Pasteurization

Optimum Sterilization / Pasteurization by monitoring

2. Preventing contamination

Positive pressure control prevents intruding impurities to the F&B products.

To guarantee not intruding Heat medium water into the products, pressure of the pipeline that products flow is controlled to be greater than the that of the pipeline of the hot medium water in the sterilization / pasteurization process.

Inline style pressure transmitter model PTG71S/72S could be applied to monitor the pipeline pressure.
